Associate, Product Analytics Leadership Development Program | The Hartford

The Tone:
This is an entry-level Associate position within an 18-month talent development program, located in a hybrid model in Hartford, CT. The Hartford is an established insurance company focused on making a difference, extending beyond standard coverages and policies. This role is crucial for developing future leaders who will help shape the company’s future by contributing to its product analytics capabilities and putting the customer at the center of all operations.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $60000–$90000 yearly
• Mission: Develop critical leadership and functional skills in areas such as Product Development, State Product Management, Business Intelligence, and Performance Analytics.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate in rotation assignments designed to build product acumen and industry knowledge within Personal Lines and Small Commercial.
• Develop core competencies in data analysis, presentation, and the formulation of recommendations from both quantitative and qualitative information.
• Engage in a structured learning curriculum to build a strong career foundation and acquire functional, role-based skills.
• Contribute to supplemental project work, gaining practical experience and making a direct impact.
• Develop critical leadership and functional skills through formal and experiential learning with coaching, mentoring, and feedback.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Students expecting to graduate in May or June of 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or business field.
• Experience: A demonstrated record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement, including leadership experience outside of the classroom.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, change agility, team collaboration abilities, and the capacity to analyze complex problems to make sound recommendations.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.2 or higher at graduation.
