Role Description
This is an exciting internship opportunity for a Product Engineering Intern at GenPark. This is a hybrid role, based in Seattle, WA, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the intern will be instrumental in:
- Assisting in the development and enhancement of new and existing product features.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Contributing actively to various software development initiatives across the platform.
- Conducting essential product-specific research to inform development strategies.
- Supporting project management activities, aiding in planning and execution.
- Analyzing data rigorously to inform critical product decisions and improvements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience or relevant coursework in Product Engineering and Software Development.
- Proficiency in leveraging Analytical Skills to assess data and inform product improvements.
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with basic Project Management principles to assist in planning and execution.
- Possesses keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for technology and innovation.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or virtual agents is a significant plus.
