• Mission: Support the client-focused lab environment by executing experiments and maintaining operational efficiency in cell culture and bioprocessing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Experiment Support: Execute small-scale experiments and support essential laboratory operations, including autoclaving and general lab maintenance.
• Solution Preparation: Prepare various media and buffer solutions accurately according to specifications.
• Bioreactor Management: Perform precise aliquoting, aseptic transfers, bioreactor builds, and ensure accurate probe calibrations.
• Cell Culture Execution: Run comprehensive cell culture experiments, spanning from shake flasks to bioreactors.
• Data Management: Assist with sample analysis and meticulously maintain accurate, organized records for all experimental work.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, or a related scientific field.
• Experience: Demonstrated hands-on technical lab experience and competence in basic lab techniques, with the ability to work 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM shifts when needed.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail for accurate experimental work, clear and confident written and verbal communication, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Bonus: Experience with mammalian cell culture using aseptic technique, familiarity with small-scale fed-batch bioreactors (e.g., 2L systems), or experience working in a cGMP regulated environment.
