What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management: Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and open issues to help ensure timely follow-up.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support communication, documentation, and completion of assigned tasks.
• Status Reporting: Prepare project and work package status updates related to progress, milestones, risks, and next steps.
• Process Improvement: Support data collection, process review, and identification of opportunities for improvement within internal processes.
• Programming Support: Assist with programming efforts for the Apex Platform, Unreal Engine or Unity, and Python for digitalization initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States, with at least 30 credit hours completed at the time of application. Candidates must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in their major). Preferred degrees include Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or other related technical or business disciplines.
• Experience: Ability to work full-time on-site for 40 hours per week during the Spring 2027 term (January 11-May 14th). Prior internship, co-op, academic project, or work experience in areas such as logistics, manufacturing, supply chain management, project coordination, or process improvement is preferred, though not strictly required for consideration.
• Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint, for daily tasks and documentation. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and preparing updates. Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage priorities effectively, follow instructions, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Apex Platform programming, Unreal Engine or Unity programming, and Python programming is a significant advantage, particularly for digitalization projects. An interest in logistics operations, quality systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and general project support will be beneficial for success in this role.
