What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver patient-centered care: Actively provide comprehensive patient care services, including delivering wellness programs and assisting in managing acute and chronic conditions, while optimizing medication therapy.
• Lead and mentor the team: Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns, guiding them to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure operational excellence: Champion a safe and compliant pharmacy environment, embracing and promoting the highest standards of operational excellence.
• Cultivate patient relationships: Build meaningful, lasting relationships with patients, becoming a trusted and sought-after healthcare provider within the community.
• Support company initiatives: Contribute actively to the company’s cultural initiatives that enhance overall success and sustainability, fostering a positive work environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D, or possess an equivalent FPGEC (NABP) certification, demonstrating a foundational expertise in pharmaceutical practice.
• Experience: Maintain an active and good-standing pharmacy license in all states of practice, ensuring full legal authorization to provide pharmaceutical care.
• Skills: Possess required Certified Immunizer credentials, along with proven ability in direct patient care, disease state management, and the optimization of medication therapy to improve patient outcomes.
• Bonus: Eligibility for OPT, H-1B (H1B) & TN sponsorship or H1B visa transfers may be considered for qualified candidates.
