As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a vital role in our company, providing a crucial link between Viking Pest and our clients through exceptional customer service. You will be helping members of your community by solving their pest and rodent challenges, recommending preventative actions, and building long-term relationships while protecting their homes and businesses. What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their pest control needs.
- Identify and solve existing pest and rodent problems through effective treatment methods.
- Recommend corrective and preventative actions to clients to avoid future pest issues.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients.
- Protect homes and businesses in your community from various pests, including ants, mice, mosquitos, termites, and bed bugs.
- Operate and maintain company-provided equipment and vehicles.
- Utilize company-provided technology (smartphones, computers) for daily tasks and record-keeping.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- A valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record (Required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the initial work location.
- Comfort with exposure to computers, smartphones, and other technology.
