As a Pest Control Technician, you will be a vital link in delivering these custom-tailored solutions, helping people by solving their pest challenges and protecting their environments, thereby building a fulfilling career within the community.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Problem Solving: Work independently to solve existing pest and rodent problems.
• Prevention: Recommend corrective actions to prevent future pest and rodent issues.
• Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships within the community.
• Protection: Help people by solving their pest challenges and protecting their homes and businesses.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be 21 years old or older. Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Require reliable transportation.
• Experience: No prior experience is needed, as Viking Pest Control trains all new hires comprehensively.
• Skills: Demonstrate great customer service skills, dedication, motivation, and a strong work ethic. Maintain a safety-first mindset. Possess the ability to work independently and comfortably outdoors. Be familiar with computers and smartphones.
• Bonus: High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
