• Team: Reports to the Sales Support Manager – Customer Support
• Mission: To ensure timely and accurate order delivery for customers, manage order changes, monitor stock, and drive process improvements based on customer feedback.
• Tech Stack: SAP

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Management: Monitor daily order progress, identify urgency, and communicate status to customers to ensure on-schedule delivery according to requests.
• Change Coordination: Coordinate assessments of order changes or cancellations (delivery date, price, product information) based on customer requests and implement them effectively.
• Stock Oversight: Monitor stock status and follow up on customer delivery schedules to ensure long-standing stock is cleared efficiently.
• Process Optimization: Gather customer requirements and feedback, then coordinate with relevant resources to drive continuous process improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, business management, or project management.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Skills: Demonstrated knowledge in SAP, trade, and commercial practices, coupled with strong communication and negotiation abilities. A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive improvement is also required.
