What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, building long-term relationships.
• Problem Solving: Solve existing pest and rodent problems through effective pest management and extermination.
• Prevention: Recommend corrective actions and sustainable solutions to prevent future infestations.
• Community Support: Help people in your local community by addressing their diverse pest challenges.
• Property Protection: Protect homes and businesses from a wide range of pests, including ants, mice, mosquitos, termites, and bed bugs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior pest control experience required, as Viking Pest Control trains all new hires. Must be 21 years old or older. Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills, a safety-first mindset, a strong work ethic, comfort working outdoors, and familiarity with computers and smartphones.
