What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Business Acumen: Master the comprehensive knowledge and skills required to successfully run a full branch operation, encompassing areas such as customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and general operations.
• Lead Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary representative for Enterprise Mobility, interacting directly with customers and partners to ensure an outstanding experience and upholding the company’s commitment to putting customers first.
• Drive Business Growth: Proactively cultivate new business opportunities within the local market and establish essential relationships within the community to expand the branch’s client base and revenue.
• Build and Mentor Teams: Gain experience in developing, leading, and mentoring a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and competitive environment crucial for business success and individual growth.
• Oversee Branch Operations: Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert, managing and optimizing the day-to-day functions of a neighborhood branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess one of the following: a bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred), military leadership experience at an E4 rank or above, or 12 months of prior experience in a commission- or incentive-based sales role.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license is required, with no more than two moving violations on the driving record within the last three years. Additionally, no drug or alcohol convictions must be present on either the driving or criminal record within the past three years.
• Skills: An inherent aptitude for learning and applying foundational business principles, including strong capabilities in customer interaction, sales techniques, financial understanding, and efficient operational management within a competitive environment.
• Bonus: While not strictly required, a bachelor’s degree is considered a strong preference for applicants seeking to enter this Management Training Program.
