The Tone:
This is an internship at CohnReznick, located in Denver, CO. CohnReznick helps organizations optimize performance, manage risk, and maximize value through its assurance, advisory, and tax services. This People & Culture internship is crucial for supporting the firm’s strategic initiatives, operational activities, and data-driven decision-making, contributing to organizational integration and performance. Interns play a role in evolving People & Culture processes by aiding in AI and analytics adoption, fostering a collaborative environment, and making a real impact within the firm.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Initiatives: Support a broad range of strategic initiatives across People & Culture, including mergers and acquisitions, operational planning, and organizational integration efforts.
• Operational Activities: Contribute to seasonal People & Culture operational activities, such as performance management, compensation processes, and leadership forums.
• Reporting & Analytics: Assist with reporting and analytics to inform business and people-related decision making across multiple workstreams.
• AI & Analytics Adoption: Partner across teams to support the adoption and effective use of AI and analytics within People & Culture processes.
• Project Coordination: Participate in cross-functional projects, providing project coordination, documentation, and executive-ready materials.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Early Career.
• Experience: Leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects. Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with AI and analytics.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, sharp critical thinking, strong project management skills, ability to multi-task, manage priorities, self-sufficiency, strong attention to detail, organization, and proactive communication of project statuses.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.2 GPA in both your major and overall. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and embracing change.
