The TL;DR

• Mission: To support the People Development and Learning function in developing, implementing, and managing learning strategies and programs that align with organizational objectives and drive employee engagement.
• Tech Stack: Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), Learning Management System (LMS)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop and Implement: Support the creation and execution of learning strategies, activations, and ad-hoc programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Communicate and Engage: Design and manage effective communication for learning programs to foster employee participation.
• Analyze and Report: Manage the quarterly learning KPI dashboard and provide learning reports and data to senior stakeholders.
• Administer Learning Systems: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure timely and accurate updates of learning records with support from shared services.
• Coordinate Vendors: Liaise and communicate with external training vendors to facilitate the delivery of training programs and manage related purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

• Background: Entry-Level. Fresh graduate with an interest in People Development and Learning.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience required beyond being a fresh graduate eager to gain professional experience.
• Skills:
* Organizational Skills: Ability to be organized with strong attention to detail.
* Learning Agility: Self-motivated with a good capacity for rapid learning.
* Interpersonal Skills: A team player with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Data Analysis: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, combined with a data analytical mindset.
