Pension Outsourcing Analyst | WTW

This is an Early Careers role for a Pension Outsourcing Analyst at WTW, located in various US locations with flexible work arrangements available. WTW is a global professional services company that provides data-driven, insight-led solutions in the areas of people, risk, and capital. This role is crucial for delivering essential administration and support for clients’ defined benefit plans, contributing to the firm’s ability to help organizations manage employee benefits effectively. The TL;DR
• Role: Pension Outsourcing Analyst
• Location: Various US locations (flexible work arrangements available)
• Pay: $51000–$55000 yearly
• Team: Part of the Retirement team, reporting to Senior Analysts
• Mission: Contribute to general administration support and basic pension administration tasks for clients’ defined benefit plans.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office, Excel
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide general administration support for clients’ defined benefit plans.
• Perform: Execute basic pension administration tasks for clients.
• Deliver: Perform recurring plan administration services and work assignments under supervision.
• Engage: Interface with clients to answer questions, resolve issues, and complete projects.
• Collaborate: Contribute as part of a team to service clients’ defined benefit plans.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, or any other major with significant quantitative coursework. This is an Early Careers role.
• Experience: Completed a summer 2026 internship in Pension Outsourcing with WTW. Possess work experience demonstrating strong technical and/or client service skills. Must be able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Apply solid mathematical and analytical skills; demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Exhibit the ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and cooperate in a close team environment.
