The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, Philippines
• Mission: Responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP HANA systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance for clients.
• Tech Stack: SAP HANA, SAP Data Services, SAP LT, S/4 HANA, ECC, BW, SCM, CRM, SRM, HCM, SQL, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Implement SAP HANA Systems: Design and implement SAP HANA systems, including system architecture and data modeling, to meet client requirements and ensure high performance and scalability.
• Optimize SAP HANA Landscapes: Configure and optimize SAP HANA landscapes for high performance and scalability, utilizing tools like SAP Data Services or SAP LT for data migration.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide expert guidance on SAP HANA best practices, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Maintain Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HANA features, trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to optimize system performance and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree. This role requires expertise in SAP HANA Basis implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience: Exposure to SAP HANA implementation, including design, configuration, and maintenance with a focus on high availability, scalability, and performance. Experience with SAP HANA landscape optimization, data migration using SAP Data Services or SAP LT, and working with SAP solutions such as S/4 HANA, ECC, BW, SCM, CRM, SRM, HCM, and SQL. Experience developing technical documentation is also required.
• Skills: Japanese Language Proficiency (N1-N3, N4-N5 considered), SAP HANA, SAP Data Services, SAP LT, S/4 HANA.
• Bonus: Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its integration with SAP HANA systems, experience with SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) and SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) for data migration, and knowledge of cloud migration strategies for SAP HANA systems.
