What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Processing: Process customer purchase orders precisely according to specifications using company and supplier software.
• Order Management: Manage order fulfillment by checking stock availability, confirming shipping dates, and expediting orders to meet customer deadlines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, other departments, customers, and suppliers in a timely manner.
• Vendor Purchasing: Purchase products from vendors to fulfill customer orders and maintain inventory.
• Sales & Administrative Support: Support outside sales personnel, assist in answering and routing incoming phone calls, and manage email correspondence and follow-ups.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. A background demonstrating 2+ years of experience in customer service and data entry is required.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Data Entry.
• Skills: Microsoft Office Proficiency; Proficient and accurate Data entry skills; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Ability to learn and retain large amounts of information.
