The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Keurig Dr Pepper, located in Louisville, KY, requiring 75-100% travel across Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. • Team: Manages onsite people managers and teams across multiple facilities, reporting to a senior operations leader.
• Mission: This role owns the overall direction, guidance, and safety of multiple facilities, driving productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a positive team culture.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee Facility Operations: Direct the overall guidance and safety of multiple facilities, prioritizing team member well-being and driving towards productivity and efficiency goals.
• Implement Improvement Initiatives: Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across cross-functional teams, reporting progress, providing recommendations, and overseeing their implementation.
• Develop Leadership and Teams: Manage diverse working teams, including talent selection, leadership development, and career coaching, ensuring growth and development for onsite people managers and team members.
• Enforce Policy and Culture: Administer company policies and standard operating procedures, maintaining safety, food safety, and environmental standards while fostering the “ONE KDP” culture.
• Strategic Collaboration and Problem Solving: Engage with internal partners to meet customer demands, utilizing data effectively, and applying change management principles to resolve complex situations impacting people, customers, and cost.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution center or DSD warehouse environment, combined with prior people leadership experience in an operations setting, with extensive travel (75-100%) required.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), strong business insight and analytical capabilities, and proven change management experience.
