This is a full-time role at PIRTEK South Hills, located in the South Hills, Pittsburgh, PA area. PIRTEK is the nation’s leading provider for on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement. This position offers a ground-floor opportunity to be a crucial piece in building a new startup service team. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and creating this new business by ensuring high-quality service and smooth daily operations for customers.

• Mission: Oversee daily service operations and manage a team of technicians to ensure customers receive prompt, high-quality on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement service, getting their equipment back up and running efficiently.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Motivate and support the team of Mobile Sales & Service Technicians.
• Oversee: Manage the daily service operations for the PIRTEK South Hills location.
• Dispatch: Coordinate and dispatch Mobile Sales & Service Technicians to customer sites as needed.
• Manage: Oversee all aspects of materials and inventory management.
• Develop: Create, manage, and deploy comprehensive safety programs.
• Ensure: Guarantee that customers receive the highest quality of service to get their equipment back up and running efficiently.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial experience, particularly in operations. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or management role, demonstrating the ability to lead and support a team effectively.
• Skills: Strong computer proficiency, a mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
