Operations Management Development Program (OMDP) | International
The Tone:
This is a 2-year rotational program at International, based in Illinois with potential for travel and relocation within the US. International is a global industry pioneer that builds commercial vehicles, including International trucks and engines, IC Bus school and commercial buses, and Fleetrite aftermarket parts. This role is critical for developing future leaders who will contribute to redefining transportation and shaping the future of mobility through innovative, sustainable transport solutions. The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, Illinois (with potential travel/relocation to TX, OK, AL, or elsewhere in the US during the program)

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level Bachelor’s degree (no experience) in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Transportation, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in these fields to be obtained before employment; or pursuing a Master’s degree in these fields.
• Experience: No experience required for Bachelor’s degree holders; legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
• Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Preferred GPA 3.0 or higher; willing to relocate; previous applicable co-op or intern experience; proven teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills; ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization; ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-through on commitments; attention to detail.
