Technical Training Operations Junior Associate Consultant (Intern) | Mercedes-Benz USA

This is a hybrid internship at Mercedes-Benz USA, located in Atlanta, GA. This role is crucial for supporting the Technician Recruitment, Development & Retention team, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of technical training operations.

• Team: Technician Recruitment, Development & Retention team, comprising program leads, recruiters, and instructors across the US.
• Mission: To support the Technician Recruitment, Development & Retention team by managing operations, assisting with data, and coordinating projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Tech Stack: MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency within the technical training environment.
• Reporting and Data Analysis: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, performing data entry and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Documentation and Presentation: Develop and maintain a cloud-based filing system, alongside creating impactful PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders.
• Administrative Support: Order office supplies, research new deals and suppliers, maintain contact lists, and handle general correspondence.
• Project and Logistics Support: Participate in project management tasks, ensuring the timely completion of assignments, and assist with budget management and fleet logistics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Junior or Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Engineering.
• Experience: No specific years required, but demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) is essential.
• Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, excellent written and verbal communication, keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Bonus: Availability from May 2026 to May 2027, a commitment to a hybrid in-person schedule up to 28 hours per week, and providing proof of proficiency through a portfolio or recommendation letters.
