Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA), a Daimler Company, oversees the distribution and marketing of Mercedes-Benz and smart products in the United States, supporting over 300 dealerships and more than 1400 employees nationwide. Established in 1965, MBUSA’s founding marked a transition from sales previously handled by Mercedes-Benz Car Sales, Inc., a Studebaker-Packard subsidiary.
