What You’ll Actually Do
• Warehouse Operations: Master foundational warehouse processes, safety protocols, and operational workflows across various functions and locations to understand end-to-end logistics.
• Hub Management: Engage in daily hub operations, coordinate dispatch activities, manage transportation, and support the achievement of key performance indicators.
• Operational Support: Rotate through specialized functions such as Pickup Operations, Data Analysis, Network Planning, and Transportation to support business initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Leadership Development: Lead assigned projects and operational initiatives while participating in advanced management and leadership development programs to prepare for a permanent leadership-track role.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Recent graduate within the past 12 months or currently awaiting graduation.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong teamwork and collaboration, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Bonus: Spanish language proficiency.
