The Tone:
This is a 10-month development program for recent college graduates, preparing participants for long-term success within a global organization. This program prepares individuals for a successful career by providing broad business exposure, practical experience, and development opportunities alongside experienced professionals. Participants will gain insight into how the company delivers innovative solutions to customers around the world.

The TL;DR

• Location: Multiple U.S. locations (Houston, TX; Greenwood, IN; Kenosha, WI; Warminster, PA; Richmond, VA) after program completion.
• Pay: $77000 yearly
• Mission: Gain broad business exposure and practical experience across Alfa Laval’s operations to prepare for a successful career within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Understand Alfa Laval’s products, technologies, markets, customers, and business operations across all divisions.
• Develop: Build technical, commercial, and operational knowledge through structured training and development activities.
• Collaborate: Contribute to cross-functional projects with peers and leaders that support business objectives.
• Network: Establish relationships with teams across engineering, sales, service, operations, finance, and supply chain.
• Transition: Move into a full-time role upon successful completion of the 10-month program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical field from a recent college graduation.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0 cumulative; willingness to relocate to one of Alfa Laval’s U.S. locations upon program completion; ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% during the program.
• Skills: Strong technical acumen, problem-solving ability, proven customer service orientation, communication skills, and a team player mindset.
• Bonus: Knowledge of heat transfer, rotating equipment, or fluid separation/filtration.
