Onsite Manager | TriFecta Property Management

The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Property Operations Management: Oversee daily property operations, including coordinating leasing activities, managing maintenance requests, and responding to resident inquiries to ensure efficient site functioning.
• Property Standard Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, ensure the property is well-maintained, and verify compliance with established company standards for safety and appearance.
• Resident Experience & Relations: Act as a primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries and issues promptly to cultivate a safe, welcoming, and high-quality living environment.
• Financial & Administrative Support: Assist with essential financial tasks such as rent collection, invoice review, and basic financial reporting, while maintaining accurate property records.
• Tenant Engagement & Marketing Support: Monitor occupancy levels, support marketing efforts for new tenants, and contribute to tenant retention initiatives in collaboration with corporate teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires core domain knowledge in property operations and resident relations, essential for overseeing daily site activities and tenant interactions.
• Experience: Proven experience coordinating maintenance, handling tenant inquiries, and overseeing day-to-day site activities. Demonstrated familiarity with rent collection processes, invoice review, and preparing simple operational reports.
• Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, including record keeping, scheduling, and managing multiple priorities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills for professional interaction with residents, vendors, and internal teams across various channels. Comfort and proficiency with technology and property management software, including email, office productivity tools, and web-based platforms.
• Bonus: Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is strongly preferred. Additional education or relevant certifications in property management or real estate are a plus.
