What You’ll Actually Do
• [Instruction]: Provide personalized instruction to individual students through 1-on-1 and instant online tutoring sessions.
• [Content Delivery]: Explain NBCOT OTR examination content, covering evaluation, intervention, and outcomes across diverse occupational therapy practice areas and populations.
• [Strategy Development]: Guide students in strategic test-taking, clinical scenario analysis, intervention selection, and outcome evaluation for the NBCOT OTR exam.
• [Curriculum Application]: Adapt instructional methods using NBCOT practice examinations, clinical case analysis, and intervention comparison exercises to address student challenges.
• [Tailored Support]: Identify common student struggles and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs and styles effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep knowledge of NBCOT OTR examination content across all relevant practice areas and populations, essential for preparing MOT and OTD graduates for national board certification.
• Experience: Skilled at teaching clinical scenario analysis, intervention selection, and outcome evaluation strategies, with demonstrated ability to adapt instruction for diverse learning needs.
• Skills:
