• Mission: This person is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing S/4HANA deployment waves across Mission Systems, ensuring site readiness and minimizing business disruption.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Wave and Deployment Planning: Develop and maintain detailed deployment plans for assigned Mission Systems waves and sites, integrating activities with the broader S/4HANA program schedule.
• Site Readiness: Lead site readiness assessments across various functions, identify readiness gaps, and partner with site leadership to develop and track mitigation plans.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate deployment activities across business process teams, data migration, system integration testing, change management, training, and digital technology teams.
• Cutover and Go-Live: Support the development and execution of site cutover plans, coordinate mock cutovers, and manage command center operations during go-live.
• Hypercare and Stabilization: Coordinate post-go-live hypercare activities, support issue triage and resolution, track stabilization metrics, and manage the transition to steady-state support.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in program management, project management, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, ERP implementation, or business transformation.
• Experience: 7 or more years of relevant experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects or deployments, and working with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or enterprise systems.
• Skills: Demonstrated abilities in planning, organization, communication, stakeholder management, and managing multiple priorities in complex and changing environments.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Operations; experience supporting SAP or S/4HANA implementation, ERP deployment, site readiness, cutover, or hypercare activities; aerospace and defense or regulated manufacturing experience; familiarity with manufacturing systems like MES or PLM; experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Power BI; PMP, Agile, Prosci, or SAP certification; experience working across multiple sites, functions, or business units.
