The Internship Experience – What Summer Consultants Can Do For You

Your Contributions – What You Can Do For Summer Consultants

  • Dive into designing quality projects from day one, extending beyond just drafting.
  • Engage in comprehensive design tasks, including surveying existing conditions, calculating system sizes, laying out ductwork and piping, and other crucial engineering activities.
  • Actively help in tackling and solving our clients’ complex problems.

Requirements – What You Should Bring With You

  • Academic Background: Completion of at least 2 years towards a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering (HVAC focus), Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. AutoCAD and Revit experience is a plus.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to conduct day-long field surveys outdoors and indoors in conditioned and unconditioned spaces, including walking up to 10-20k steps in a day, climbing up and down a 6-foot ladder, kneeling, squatting, and bending.
  • Site Access: Ability to obtain site access at client locations.
