Meeting and Events Project Management Intern | Cardinal Health

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to project managers across multiple customer implementations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing project materials, such as status reports, presentations, dashboards, and customer-facing documents, to facilitate clear communication.
• Data Management: Support data collection and reporting efforts, helping to compile updates for account management teams and external customers.
• Progress Tracking: Assist with meticulously tracking milestone progress within established project tools and systems to monitor project timelines.
• Requirement Validation: Help define, organize, and validate customer requirements, ensuring they are accurately captured in project materials and cross-functional communication is strong.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate student entering their senior year, with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027. Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in General Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Experience: Participation in extracurricular activities, community organizations, or professional associations.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; effective communication and demonstrated leadership across all organizational levels; proactive and results-oriented approach; efficient task prioritization with consistent adherence to deadlines; adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Bonus: Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
