• Team: Supports Aftermarket Planning and collaborates across Supply Chain sub-functions and Product Line leaders
• Mission: Lead the end-to-end supply chain escalation process to resolve complex material shortages and delivery risks for the Aftermarket business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Process: Own and enhance the supply chain escalation process as the primary focal point for the Aftermarket Planning team.
• Issue Monitoring: Monitor critical supply chain issues, evaluate risks, analyze trends, and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure timely resolution and improved supplier performance.
• Escalation Management: Prioritize and lead cross-functional resolution for multiple concurrent supply chain escalations, including root cause analysis, solution development, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Process Improvement: Develop and improve escalation processes, standards, and workflows, utilizing metrics to monitor trends, supplier performance, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Line leaders for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) support and report on supplier performance, shortages, and recovery commitments for Aftermarket business segments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: University Degree or equivalent, with a background in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with an Advanced Degree, including leading complex cross-functional issue resolution or supply chain material escalations.
• Skills: Strong understanding of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP/S&OP), material requirements planning (MRP), demand planning, inventory management principles, and data analysis for risk assessment and recovery plan development.
• Bonus: Demonstrated project management and change management experience, along with experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
