Role Description:

As a Marketing Specialist Intern, you will be actively involved in various facets of PropyLaw’s marketing operations, contributing directly to our strategic growth initiatives. This remote role provides a unique chance to apply theoretical marketing knowledge in a practical, real-world setting, within the exciting intersection of AI, law, and real estate. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Marketing Support: Actively assist in the implementation of diverse marketing strategies, gaining insight into the entire campaign lifecycle from conception to execution.
Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and gather crucial target audience insights, providing valuable data for strategic decision-making.
Campaign Development: Contribute to the ideation, creation, and refinement of compelling marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Marketing Material Creation: Develop engaging and brand-consistent marketing materials, including content for social media, email newsletters, blog posts, website copy, and promotional assets.
Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by assisting in the creation of effective collateral, presentations, and resources that clearly articulate PropyLaw’s unique value proposition.
Customer Engagement Initiatives: Assist in efforts to enhance overall customer experience, potentially through direct communication, feedback collection, and community-building activities.
Performance Tracking (Exposure): Gain exposure to tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance, learning basic principles of digital analytics.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with:

Foundational Marketing Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or a strong understanding of Market Research and Marketing Strategy principles to analyze trends and support campaign development.
Sales & Marketing Acumen: Basic knowledge or prior experience in Sales and Marketing concepts to effectively support business growth initiatives.
Digital Proficiency (A Plus): Familiarity with digital tools and platforms related to marketing, content creation, and analytics (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing platforms, Canva, basic Google Analytics) is a significant advantage.
