The Tone:
This is an internship at Cosmo International Fragrances, located in New York, NY. Cosmo International Fragrances is a privately owned fragrance manufacturer with over 40 years of global experience, creating fragrance solutions for various product categories including fine fragrance, personal care, and household items. This role is vital for supporting the New York team with essential marketing, sales, and project coordination activities, offering hands-on experience within the fragrance and beauty industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Marketing Material Creation: Assist with creating marketing materials, fragrance pyramids, presentations, and competitive analyses.
• Fragrance Library Management: Support the development and organization of the fragrance library.
• Project Tracking & Coordination: Manage and track fragrance submissions, competitive samples, and new product launches.
• Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with sample requests and projects in Formpak.
• Administrative Assistance: Support administrative functions, including project tracking and client communications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Focuses on supporting marketing, sales, and project coordination functions within the fragrance and beauty industry.
• Experience: No specific prior experience required. Demonstrated ability to assist with creating materials, managing libraries, tracking projects, and supporting sales efforts.
• Skills: Project tracking, client communication, organizational skills, presentation development, analytical support.
