Internship Details:

  • Program: Summer 2026 (June – August) Internship
  • Work Model: Hybrid position, encouraging intentional in-person collaboration.
  • In-Office Presence: Professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week, with cadence determined at the team level.

Your Team & Support:

  • Performance Coach: Will meet with you to establish goals, provide feedback, and support to guide you over the course of your internship.
  • CR Friend: A designated peer who will be your go-to person as you get started, answer your questions, and help you feel at home from day one.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Using project management software and approaches to establish timelines.
  • Organizing and developing resource center materials for multiple functions.
  • Assist with data maintenance for our project management and content management systems.
  • Conducting research on process creation, extended tool functionalities, and AI.
  • Supporting the creation of processes and related communications.
  • Contributing to the development of new systems and technologies.
  • Participate and contribute to our marketing operations team meetings and other meetings.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications: The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA in both your major and overall.
  • Leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and demonstrate sharp critical thinking.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and embracing change.
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and be self-sufficient.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactively able to communicate project statuses.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • In New York, the salary for a Marketing Operations Intern is $25 per hour.
