Marketing Intern | Glake, Inc.

The Tone:
This is a Marketing internship at Glake, Inc., located remotely. Glake is building a global app to connect over 200 million K-pop fans, allowing them to belong together. This role is crucial for building Glake’s brand and growing its fan community worldwide.

• Mission: Own the development and execution of marketing campaigns to engage the K-pop fan community and expand Glake’s brand.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Event Planning: Plan and execute various marketing events, including album release celebrations, artist birthday events, sales campaigns, and debut anniversaries.
• Campaign Management: Design and run end-to-end fan participation campaigns, such as birthday challenges for an artist, fan art contests, streaming pushes, and hashtag moments, handling concept, rules, prizes, promotion, and recap.
• Social Media Oversight: Manage the company’s main social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data on user acquisition and revenue driven by marketing campaigns, focusing on key metrics like retention rate, session duration, and paid conversion rate.
• Advertising Development: Plan and develop advertising campaigns from concept to execution across various platforms, including Google, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience managing social media accounts or creating content for online platforms, coupled with a genuine passion for K-pop and active participation in its fan communities.
• Skills: Strong writing abilities, creative instincts, a basic understanding of data analytics (user traffic, conversion, revenue), a steady stream of campaign ideas, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bonus:
• Experience attending a K-pop concert.
• Prior experience running a fan-led campaign or challenge, such as a birthday project, fan art contest, or streaming push, with real participant engagement.
• Proficiency with design tools or video editing software.
• Experience planning and executing a marketing event from start to finish.
• Track record of managing or growing a social media channel with a significant following.
• Comfort working with numbers, including analyzing campaign metrics, tracking performance, and drawing actionable insights.
• Experience sourcing or coordinating with brand models or ambassadors.
• Background in planning and running paid advertising campaigns on any platform.
