Marketing Intern | The Brand Guild
The Tone:
This is an internship role at The Brand Guild, located in Washington, DC, with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of one day per week in the office. The Brand Guild operates as a creative and experienced collective specializing in Public Relations, Marketing, Events, and Creative services, dedicated to building strategies, crafting memorable experiences, and influencing target audiences for its diverse client base. This role offers an invaluable opportunity to immerse oneself in the world of influencer marketing, directly supporting the Influencer Marketing team in delivering impactful results for current clients and actively contributing to efforts to secure new business, working with innovative and cutting-edge brands.
The TL;DR

• Type: Part-time (minimum 16 hours per week)
• Location: Hybrid, Washington, DC
• Team: Influencer Marketing team, supporting junior- and senior-level members of the Integrated Marketing team.
• Mission: Support the Integrated Marketing team in researching, planning, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to inform influencer campaign planning.
• Ideate & Recommend: Brainstorm creative ideas for marketing activations and brand partnerships, and develop tailored influencer and partnership recommendations.
• Produce Reports: Assist in creating internal and external materials, including creative brief and recap reports.
• Analyze Performance: Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and collect data for monthly performance reports.
• Provide Support: Offer administrative support for the Marketing team as needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess a strong, demonstrated interest in current marketing trends, influencer campaigns, and brand collaborations, positioning them to gain invaluable hands-on experience in a collaborative environment. Must also have the availability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week.
• Experience: Not explicitly required for prior professional roles, as this internship is designed to provide practical, collaborative experience in the comprehensive process of researching, planning, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns, influencer strategies, and partnerships.
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the confidence required to communicate clearly and professionally in various settings.
