This role will play a key position in helping the marketing team plan, organize, and execute impactful company and customer events, collaborating across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth execution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Vendor Sourcing: Source and evaluate proposals from various event vendors, including hotels, event venues, catering companies, and transportation providers.
• Vendor Coordination: Assist in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract coordination to ensure high-quality event experiences and manage communications before, during, and after events.
• Registration Management: Maintain event registration systems, including attendee communications, data accuracy, and reporting.
• Project Support: Support the project management of multiple concurrent events by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while maintaining detailed event documentation.
• Logistical Organization: Organize comprehensive logistics such as travel, accommodations, and transportation lists for attendees and staff, and assist with on-site event coordination and post-event reporting.

• Background: Entry-Level position. Currently pursuing a degree.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability in effective project management.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Monday.com, and Outlook.
• Bonus: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing.
