What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Management & Brand Enhancement: Assist the market department in expanding and managing local market customer groups to drive growth and foster engagement. This includes efforts to maintain and significantly enhance the company’s brand image within the local community.
• Online Community Operation: Provide support for the maintenance and active operation of local market online WeChat communities. Key responsibilities involve inviting new users to join groups, facilitating lively user interaction, creating engaging activities, editing compelling content, and ensuring diligent user support and maintenance.
• Offline Grassroots Promotion: Participate directly in offline grassroots promotion activities aimed at acquiring new users. This also involves the practical preparation of various promotional materials necessary for successful outreach campaigns.
• Market Intelligence & Content Placement: Conduct thorough collection of trending information relevant to the local market. This includes organizing insights gathered from WeChat communities, identifying influential Xiaohongshu Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and assisting with the strategic placement of content on Xiaohongshu.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with demonstrated good market and consumer insight.
• Experience: Availability to work 20 hours per week during the period of August through October.
• Skills: Active, outgoing personality, with strong communication, execution, and learning abilities. Must possess an active mindset, be willing to try new approaches, and be able to work offline locally.
• Bonus: Prior experience in marketing and new media operations is preferred.
