This is an internship at Ellie Mental Health-Indianapolis-Greenwood, IN, located in Indianapolis-Greenwood, IN. Ellie Mental Health is an exciting new practice offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy via a hybrid of in-person and telehealth. This part-time role supports outreach and digital communication, helping to bring the brand to life and make a meaningful impact in the community. The intern will gain hands-on experience in social media management, community engagement, and event coordination within a flexible, collaborative, and fun work environment focused on changing mental health care.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, then monitor engagement and respond to comments as appropriate.
• Community Outreach: Build relationships with local partners, schools, businesses, and organizations, distribute marketing materials, and represent the organization at community events. This also includes assisting with email campaigns, newsletters, and outreach lists.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and logistics for events, workshops, or community activities, assisting with setup, check-in, materials, and on-site support. The role also helps promote events through digital and in-person outreach.
• General Marketing Support: Help maintain website content and updates, track basic analytics for social media and events, and support special projects as assigned.

• Background: Entry-Level position ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in marketing, communications, public relations, or related fields.
• Experience: Familiarity with major social media platforms and comfort interacting with community members and event attendees.
• Skills: Strong communication and writing skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Ability to work with Google/Meta paid ads is a plus.
