What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Research: Assist with comprehensive market research activities to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor strategies, and understand the evolving needs and preferences of learners.
• Marketing Campaigns: Support the execution of various marketing campaigns, including helping to draft and meticulously review marketing content for clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across different channels.
• Sales & Outreach: Contribute to foundational sales and outreach activities, engaging with potential learners and partners to support growth initiatives.
• Customer Engagement: Monitor customer feedback channels and assist in customer service communications to ensure timely and helpful responses to learner inquiries and concerns.
• Performance & Insights: Gather and analyze insights from customer feedback and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance overall learner experiences, collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career seeking. Currently studying or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related academic field, or possesses equivalent practical experience. Possesses a foundational understanding of Marketing Strategy, encompassing campaign planning and basic analytical principles.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest or practical experience in Sales and Customer Service, particularly in supporting outreach and learner engagement efforts. Proven comfort and effectiveness working in a remote environment, coupled with strong time management and organizational skills to manage tasks independently.
• Skills: Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact clearly and effectively, both written and verbally, with diverse audiences. Ability to conduct thorough Market Research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and pinpoint learner needs. Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools such as email, spreadsheets, and online meeting platforms.
• Bonus: Familiarity with social media or digital marketing tools is considered a plus. Displays curiosity, a strong willingness to learn new concepts and adapt, and an openness to feedback in the rapidly evolving online learning space.
