Position Summary
The Marketing Intern role supports key initiatives including competitive analysis, asset and file organization, and community engagement across in-store and digital channels. The position is designed for an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating digital tools and workflows. This intern will help streamline marketing operations, surface insights, and contribute to strengthening audience connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on industry competitors, including product offerings, marketing strategies, pricing, and positioning.
- Compile findings into clear, concise reports and dashboards for internal review.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps that can support strategic decision making.
- Organize, label, and maintain marketing assets (graphics, videos, branding materials, documents) within our digital filing systems.
- Ensure all files follow naming conventions and remain accessible for cross-functional teams.
- Support community building initiatives across all platforms and communication channels.
- Help brainstorm and execute ideas that strengthen engagement, reach, and brand loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, social media platforms, etc.).
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing and project management workflows and tools.
Working Conditions
- Office / remote / hybrid
- 40 hours a week
