The Tone:
This is a full-time, permanent, remote role within the United States. The client is a global consumer brand and digital lifestyle network with 100-250 employees, connecting North American retail channels with manufacturing and trend ecosystems in East Asia. This position is vital for executing multi-channel digital campaigns, managing content localization, tracking growth analytics, and overseeing cross-border influencer programs to drive commercial expansion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Adapt Content: Translate, write, and refine marketing copy, product listings, email newsletters, and ad hooks between Korean and English.
• Maintain Brand: Ensure all promotional assets, influencer brief templates, and public relations announcements align with global branding frameworks.
• Manage Influencers: Research, catalog, and engage micro-influencers on Western social networks to execute product gifting campaigns.
• Coordinate Social Media: Support scheduling across corporate social media handles and actively monitor community mentions, comments, and direct messages.
• Analyze Performance: Pull weekly traffic data, click-through-rates, and customer acquisition metrics to assist in optimizing growth budgets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related corporate discipline.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional marketing experience.
• Skills: Absolute professional fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal); high operational literacy across Google Workspace / MS Office, particularly Excel for data sorting; strong visual organization skills, attention to deadline timelines, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
• Bonus: Prior internship experience in digital marketing, social media curation, e-commerce operations, or advertising agency tracks is highly valued.
