EEMEAI Leader Media Analytics and Marketing Effectiveness | NielsenIQ
The Tone:
This is a leadership role at NielsenIQ, overseeing the Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India region. NielsenIQ builds and delivers marketing effectiveness and media measurement solutions, particularly focused on marketing mix modeling. This role is critical for driving the commercial performance and expansion of the marketing effectiveness business, securing revenue targets and building client relationships across the EEMEAI markets.

• Mission: Owns the commercial performance and development of NIQ’s marketing effectiveness business across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Commercial Leadership: Own and secure the annual and quarterly marketing effectiveness revenue targets across EEMEAI.
• Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of four, setting clear priorities, accountabilities, and performance expectations.
• Expert Advocacy: Act as a senior regional expert and advocate for NIQ’s marketing effectiveness and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) capabilities.
• Client Engagement: Lead senior client conversations, proposals, presentations, and negotiations through to commercial close.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with country leaders, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute regional opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level career with 10 or more years of experience in marketing effectiveness, media analytics, advanced analytics, consulting, or commercial leadership.
• Experience: Demonstrated accountability for revenue targets, business development, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing complex analytical or consulting engagements, including direct experience in marketing mix modeling.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing effectiveness, media measurement, and the ability to explain MMM methodology and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences, alongside strong executive communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Fluent English is required, with additional languages relevant to EEMEAI markets being an advantage, along with the ability and willingness to work across cultures, markets, and time zones, and to travel within the region as required.
