This is a full-time, permanent role with HRCap, Inc.’s client, a fast-growing global consumer brand and digital lifestyle network. This client organization, with 100-250 employees, bridges vibrant North American retail channels with cutting-edge manufacturing and trend ecosystems in East Asia. As a Marketing Associate, you will join their fully remote commercial growth division in the United States. You will help execute multi-channel digital campaigns, coordinate localized content pipelines, track growth analytics, and manage cross-border influencer programs, making a direct impact on their global market expansion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Adaptation: Translate, write, and refine marketing copy, product listings, email newsletters, and ad hooks from Korean to natural, high-converting English (and vice versa), ensuring all content aligns with global branding frameworks.
• Influencer Management: Research, catalog, and engage micro-influencers and lifestyle creators across Western social networks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) to execute product gifting campaigns and support scheduling for corporate social media handles.
• Performance Analysis: Pull weekly traffic data, click-through-rate (CTR) numbers, and overall customer acquisition metrics from platform dashboards to assist in optimizing growth budgets.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct systematic research on emerging beauty, lifestyle, and consumer trends within the US and South Korean markets to deliver actionable ideas to creative teams.
• Cross-Border Coordination: Serve as a liaison to support coordination loops, shared media drives, and calendar alignment between local marketing units and overseas corporate headquarters.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Trade, or an equivalent corporate discipline.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional marketing experience, with prior internship experience in digital marketing, social media curation, e-commerce operations, or advertising agency tracks being highly valued.
• Skills: Absolute professional fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal) for persuasive copy and corporate briefs; high operational literacy across Google Workspace and MS Office, specifically Excel for metric data sorting, and consumer social media apps; demonstrated outstanding visual organization skills, strong attention to deadline timelines, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
