This role within the Marketing Analytics team is crucial for driving clarity, focus, and strategic decision-making by leveraging data, KPIs, and insights, thereby meaningfully influencing how Marketing operates and grows.

• Team: Marketing Analytics team, partnering with Marketing and Data & Analytics
• Mission: Drive clarity, focus, and strategic decision-making for Marketing operations and growth through data, KPIs, and insights.
• Tech Stack: SQL, BI Tools (Power BI)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management: Partner directly with Marketing and Data & Analytics leaders to understand business problems, define requirements, and create project plans.
• Data Analysis: Work hands-on with datasets to analyze patterns, identify issues or opportunities, and uncover actionable insights.
• Dashboard Creation: Build dashboards and analytical views using BI tools, ideally Power BI, that surface insights clearly and effectively.
• Operationalization: Explore how analytics can be operationalized to drive behavior and improvement, not just awareness.
• Performance Tracking: Support reporting initiatives that track marketing effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Academic or practical exposure to SQL and/or BI Tools; demonstrated ability to work with datasets and identify patterns and insights.
• Skills: Strong analytical and curious mindset, excellent written and oral communication, proactive ownership of projects, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
• Bonus: Specific experience with Power BI.
