What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Partner with managers to oversee daily operations, customer interactions, and overall performance at rental locations.
• Fleet & Inventory Control: Strategically manage the flow and inventory of the vehicle fleet to match customer demand and reservations.
• Rental System Proficiency: Operate the counter system to open/close rentals, modify contracts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Revenue Generation: Sell smart add-on products and services like extra insurance, GPS, and vehicle upgrades to boost revenue.
• Team Leadership & Development: Coach, train, supervise, and motivate team members to enhance performance and achieve goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Aspiring manager with some demonstrated leadership experience or training (e.g., club officer, team captain, supervisor).
• Experience: Proven killer customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a hunger to learn fast. Must be ready for a client-facing role with a 5-day schedule and full weekend/open availability.
• Skills: Customer service, problem-solving, sales, operational management, team coaching.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a clean driving record in the last 3 years (with some exceptions).
