• Customer Experience: Consistently deliver an amazing Tillys shopping experience to every customer.
• Store Operations: Manage all aspects of running a store, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Staff Development: Recruit, hire, train, develop, and motivate the entire store team.
• Objective Achievement: Oversee store operations and team performance to achieve Company goals and objectives.
