Responsibilities of a Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee (MT), you will begin learning the business from day one at one of our neighborhood branches. Your role will involve both serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and acting as the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Through our structured program, you will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to:

  • Eventually run your own branch.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and lead your own team.

In this hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support for success. You will also engage with the community to establish essential relationships for business growth. The program will train you to excel in:

  • Customer service
  • Sales and marketing
  • Finance
  • Operations

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
