The Management Training Program
As a Management Trainee (MT), you will immerse yourself in our business from your very first day, primarily based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted with the vital role of representing Enterprise to both customers and partners, while also mastering the crucial behind-the-scenes operational expertise.
Our structured program is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and skills needed to eventually manage your own branch, cultivate new business opportunities, and effectively develop your own team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will benefit from continuous guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure your success. Furthermore, you will actively engage with the local community, establishing key relationships vital for building and growing your business.

- Competitive Compensation: Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $52,539.76 – $61,500.00, based on an average 46-hour work week. Significant promotion opportunities are available within the first 12 months.

Qualifications
To be considered for the Management Training Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license with:
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must currently live in Santa Fe, NM, or have concrete plans to relocate within the next 30 days.
- Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
