• Training: Engage in a paid, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare for retail management.
• Program Progression: Progress through a structured 12-week Management Internship program.
• Business Understanding: Work collaboratively with management and store team members to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business operations.
• Skill Development: Actively develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience Acquisition: Gain practical, hands-on management experience within a retail environment.
