• Team: Interns will receive guidance and actively collaborate with the General Management team, Department Managers, and other Store Team Members.
• Mission: To intensively train and prepare individuals for a future retail management role by providing a paid, hands-on, 12-week program focused on practical business understanding and essential skill development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Train: Participate in a structured, 12-week paid, hands-on training program meticulously designed to develop foundational retail management skills and comprehensive business understanding.
• Learn: Acquire a deep, practical understanding of Menards’ diverse business operations, effective retail practices, and core management principles directly from experienced professionals.
• Collaborate: Actively engage with and learn from the General Management team, Department Managers, and fellow Store Team Members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Develop: Systematically strengthen and refine crucial organizational, communication, and time management skills, which are vital for effective leadership and daily operational success in retail.
• Gain Experience: Accumulate invaluable, direct hands-on management experience within a retail setting, building a robust foundation for a successful and long-term career path.
