What You’ll Actually Do
• Representation: Represent nonprofit organizations through professional face-to-face interactions.
• Engagement: Connect with community members at live events and various campaign locations.
• Education: Educate people about nonprofit missions and their initiatives.
• Support: Support daily campaign goals and team objectives to drive community involvement.
• Development: Work alongside experienced leaders to develop fundamental business and leadership skills.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A strong interest in learning and developing skills in marketing, sales, team development, and leadership is essential.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is required, but candidates must be comfortable working directly with people in an active team environment.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a proactive attitude for learning and improving; ability to be coached and adapt to feedback; goal-oriented and competitive drive.
• Bonus: Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality; background as an athlete or in other team-oriented environments; a desire to build a long-term career through internal promotion.
