What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct development and research on advanced computer vision, natural language processing, multi-modality, large language models, and generative modeling.
• Innovation: Follow state-of-the-art progress in relevant fields and translate these new ideas into practical production applications.
• Model Development: Engage in the full life-cycle model development, from initial model training and deployment to ongoing maintenance.
• Business Integration: Ensure models are effectively utilized in various business scenarios upon deployment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a PhD Degree, with experience in one or more areas of computer vision, natural language processing, or machine learning.
• Experience: Solid knowledge and practical experience with at least one major deep learning framework.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: A degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields, and authorship of publications in top-tier venues such as SIGGRAPH, SIGGRAPH Asia, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICML, NeurIPS, or ICLR.
